Cash Competitions and Draws

A. Name of Competition

The Mobile Cash Quiz.

However, the exact name of any competition will vary according to the specific promotion. However, the promotion will typically off the chance to win a weekly cash prize of £100, a draw prize (for example only an iPad or an iPhone) and will give entry to our £25,000 weekly draw.

B. Accepted Entries;

Entries will be accepted from this website, via SMS or The Mobile Internet.

C. Dates and timings for the opening and closing.

Each cash competition starts every Friday, is open now and ends at 12pm the following Friday. So, in your first week of instantly joining, you will be billed for your first question then, on the first eligible Friday after week 1 of your subscription and no less than 7 days after joining, you will receive your next question.

D. Method and General Terms and Conditions

D.1 By entering competitions you will be subscribed to the specific promotion for £4 per week. This is for 18+ only.

D.2 Players who have joined can end the chance of winning cash & prizes by sending the word STOP to 66333. The 66333 number is a Short Dial Code (SDC) that will be displayed on the messages you receive.

D.3 Upon submitting and entering your mobile number into the cash competition you will be sent two free messages to your mobile phone. YOU MUST REPLY to validate your web entry for the chance to win cash and prizes (a standard network charge will apply to your reply).

D.4 Once you have validated your entry you will receive a further 2 FREE messages to your mobile. They confirm your joining of the service, the costs involved and how to end your subscription, so that you no longer take part in the draw or competition.

D.5 They will also provide your 6 numbers for each week’s without charge entry into the £25,000 cash draw. Shortly after these messages, you will receive your first general knowledge question. This will be delivered to your mobile in two billed messages, each costing £2.

D.6 You must answer the question correctly by 12pm each Friday in order to be entered for the current week’s cash draw and have a chance of winning the draw prize and/or the weekly £25,000 cash draw.

D.7 For security reasons, if you do not reply to the first message we may send you a supplementary message that will confirm receipt of your entry and may offer additional promotions. If you have not yet replied to your initial message then you need to reply to the supplementary message to validate your web entry for the chance to win cash and prizes.

D.8 Thereafter you will receive two billed messages each week, containing that week’s question, until you leave the service. Each correct answer received increases the chance of winning the draw prize(s).

D.9 Please make sure you have enough credit on your phone to honour the £4 charge. In the event of sufficient credit being unavailable to successfully bill the £2 premium rate charges, with particular reference to ‘Pay As You Go’ members, the timed weekly quiz question may not be delivered as requested and agreed. Further attempts will be made to try and deliver your question for the relevant draw. However, in the event of such a delay due to insufficient credit, members must understand that the quiz question may be delivered to the handset too late for the relevant weekly draw in question.

D.10 Where your mobile operator has logged failed delivery attempts of premium messages prior to you sending in a stop command to the SDC, your network may try and re-deliver the failed messages, even after your stop command has been received. This action is totally out of the control of the promoter and members must accept that this is the case. No new premium messages will be generated by the system once the service provider is in receipt of a logged and valid stop command, other than a free message to confirm the cancellation of the subscription.

D.11 Players who have joined can end the chance of winning the cash & prizes by sending the word STOP to 66333. Any stop message received will take effect after the first week described above. Sending stop means entrants will no longer receive a weekly question and will not be charged nor will they be eligible for the £25,000 weekly draw.

D.12 The Mobile Cash quiz is a subscription competition and draw with cash and/or prizes being offered as a weekly reoccurring prize made up of a minimum of £100 cash and/or prizes. It is not subject to the closing date below.

D.13 The winner will be drawn from all correct answers every Friday after Midday. The winner will be notified; initial contact made via the mobile used to play the promotion by a Claims Manager and will have 7 days to claim their prize. Winners will be offered and can choose a cash alternative to any prizes on offer. Any cash alternative will equate to 50% of the prize value, not including the £100 guaranteed cash amount. If unsuccessful we will request details from our promotional partners to try and contact using other methods. After 28 days and the prize remains unclaimed, the promoter will replace the prize back in the prize bank.

D.14 For winners list, write to the address at the bottom of this page. Cash payments are made in the form of a cheque, payable to winners only. Help line: 08445 445 438.

D.15 The competition is now open. There are typically 2 x draw prizes available. A winner will be selected 7 days after the closing date(s) clearly shown on each promotion. The draw prize winner(s) will be selected from all correct entries to the weekly quiz within 7 days of the closing dates above. Until further notice, one draw prize every 6 months thereafter.

D.16 After these draw dates, all subscribers who do not send stop to 66333 will automatically be entered into the next competition. This will be for the same prize or one of similar and/or higher value. Subsequent competitions will also offer weekly prizes and a £25,000 prize draw. The winner(s) will be notified by the claims manager within 28 days of being selected.

D.17 Sure to Win Ltd, associated companies, their families and any other person or company linked or associated to this promotion may not participate in this promotion.

D.18 This competition is completely independent from Apple and use of any logo and imagery is purely for illustrative purposes and they remain the property of Apple Inc at all times.

D.19 You must ensure that any information you provide to us, personal or otherwise, through our website or any other method will be proper, factual and absolute. You must also ensure that any such information is kept up to date at all times. As a responsible promoter, we reserve the right to request verification of your submitted details.  This may include, but is not limited to, the confirmation of your age, identity and/or contact details.

D.20 Terms and conditions on this web site apply to this themed offer. The promoter reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.  You must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK to qualify.

E. £25,000 without charge weekly draw.

E.1 All members of the weekly competition are eligible for the £25,000 weekly draw each week at no further charge. When joining the competition, each entrant will be randomly assigned 6 numbers from 1-42. If they match the winning 6 numbers from 1-42, drawn in the official draw each week, that person will win the £25,000 cash prize.

E.2 Every member should be allocated a unique set of 6 numbers. The promoter cannot accept liability should the case arise that duplicate sets are issued due to technical issues outside of the promoter’s control. If there is such an occurrence, where more than one member holds the winning numbers, any prize will be shared equally amongst the winning members.

E.3 The draw is operated by an independent third party and will take place weekly each Friday at midday. All members to the weekly competition are eligible for the without charge £25,000 weekly draw and as such are entered automatically each week at no further cost. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place. Weekly winning numbers can be viewed on www.suretowin.com. Mobile Candy and its managing companies will accept no liability for the actions of third parties in connection with the draw.

E.4 The promotion may also offer free entry into our Lotto Syndicate for 50 lines of lottery numbers in the Saturday main draw on the last Saturday of every month. You can view the Lotto lines at www.suretowin.com. Your 50 Lotto lines are part of a syndicate and will be entered into every National Lottery Saturday Lotto main draw on the last Saturday of every month. Any syndicate win will be shared equally between all of that month’s correct entrants only if 3+ numbers match any of the 50 lines match those drawn in the Saturday Lotto main draw. However, any payout is subject to a minimum individual payment of £50. All payouts below £50 per syndicate member will be saved until the next rollover jackpot or a guaranteed lottery game with a payout of ten million pounds or more. This is to increase our chances of winning on the next big game and to reduce the administrative cost of running the syndicate.

E.5 Sure to Win Ltd and associated companies cannot be held responsible in the event on non-payment of prizes by The National Lottery and in such an event all claims will be declared null and void.

F.1 By submitting your mobile and email address you agree for Sure to Win Ltd, its associated companies and third party partners (including o2,Vodafone, TalkTalk & UKprize)  from time to time send the occasional text or email informing you of other prize draws, competitions or other selected offers
